"G" is for Grasshopper Guts

Grasshopper Guts

Ingredients:
3 cups Chow Mein noodles
1 cup peanuts
1 6oz bag butterscotch chips

Directions:
  • In a saucepan, melt butterscotch chips over low heat, stirring constantly.
  • Remove chips from the heat and stir in peanuts and chow mein noodles.
  • Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper and cool. Makes 30-40.
