"I" is for Ice Cream Pie

Ice Cream Pie

This was the easiest snack to make and one that my son came up with for the letter "I"

Ingredients:
ice cream, any flavor
1 package graham crackers
2 tablespoons butter
sprinkles

Directions:

• Crush graham crackers and add melted butter.


• Press into pan, I used a cupcake tin for individual pies.


• spoon ice cream into graham cracker crust and smooth


• Top with sprinkles and serve.
